At Mérida Airport there are two ways to receive a rental car. One is the counter inside the terminal building, with its line and its turn shared with every flight that lands at the same time. From December 20 to January 2 our high-season rate applies, just like from July 15 to August 15 and during Holy Week and Easter. In summer and winter the minimum rental is 3 days and the daily rate starts at $690 MXN + VAT; the rate of every category is shown on its card in the fleet section of this page. Holy Week and Easter are also high season. Send your dates on WhatsApp and we confirm the rate, the minimum rental and the availability that apply.
What stays the same: no security deposit, no credit card, free cancellation and 24-hour pickup at Merida Airport.

How does vehicle pickup work at Mérida Airport (MID)?
It is arranged over WhatsApp: you share your flight number, we track its arrival and, once you land, we agree on the meeting point in that same chat and bring you to our hub, at Mérida Airport. You check the vehicle, sign and drive off — no rental-counter lines.
What documents do I need to bring when picking up the vehicle?
If you live in Mérida: a valid driver’s license issued in Mérida, your official ID or passport, and an electricity or water bill from the last 3 months, all three matching in name and address. If you are visiting: a valid driver’s license, your photo ID, your round-trip flights already booked, and the boarding pass for your arrival or departure. No security deposit and no credit card required, and you can cancel with no penalty.
Can I extend my rental if I decide to stay longer?
Absolutely. Just send a WhatsApp message to +52 999 900 5548 and we’ll coordinate extending your rental at a preferred rate, no need to come back to our office.
When is Quickly Car Rental's high season?
